NS2 doesn't fully quit

Does anyone else have the problem where after you quit NS2 and it's still open? I looked under my task manager in "processes" and it shows up as NS2.EXE*32. The problem also is when I try to launch the game again it says a copy is still running so I pretty much have to restart my computer.

Yes, I have this as well...

I usually see this in older games, surprised a new one does it.
