Unable to join from Steam friends list

<div class="IPBDescription">New NS2 Server</div>I have an NS 2 server that went up today (68.232.166.11:27015) but it's not showing up in the server browser, AND if you try to join someone on that server from your friends list it says "server is not responding".

Connecting manually from the console works just fine. Anyone have an idea whats going on?

(my first guess is that port 27016 isn't opened properly?)

You will need both ports open yes. 27015 and 27016. Could you verify that both ports are open and get back to us here? :)

It's through gameservers.com and contrary to the glowing reviews I read about before going through them...I'm going on 30 hours without hearing from them...
