Game disconnects after about 10 seconds when i join a server

Hi.
Every time i join a server (doesnt matter if its official or not) I get into the ready room and after about ten seconds i get the disconnect icon coming up on the left hand side.
Sometimes i can get through to the game if i run into either alien or marines but still it just disconnects after about say ten seconds.
Ive got a bt home hub (there was a fix posted for bt homehubs problems with the game but the latest firmware has cancelled this out).
I had NO problems at all before the game was officially launched playing games, but as soon as launch day cames these problems started.
Any help would be great, getting itchy to play again!
