allow hive type to be changed

In some games the alien commander is new and he messes up with evolving the hives. Then when a better commander takes over he cant change the hive from a shade to a crag hive for example. I think it would be better if aliens would be able to change the type of hive they have even after evolving it. That would help the more experienced khammanders fix a game after it has been FUBAR by a mistake. It would also allow aliens to get all the evolutions such as silence and carapace on one hive. It would only cost a lot more since you'd have to keep paying res to change the hive and then the upgrades.

    Thats kind of the point of forcing multiple hives. Means you have to choose which path of upgrades and structures. Being able to swap undermines all of that.
