Black screen after enabling 3x buffering

After enabling the Triple Buffering (VSYNC) option, my screen is black. It is also pitch black when I launch the game, so I am unable to change it back.
Is there anything I can do to default my options other than a reinstall?

Granted, I probably deserve it, for trying to play this game on my laptop. It runs great on the desktop.

Press Win+R and then type this and press enter:
%APPDATA%\Natural Selection 2\log.txt
Also, I think you can check the options.xml if there is anything you can modify to fix your change:
\Steam\userdata\<userid>\4920\remote\options.xml

Error: Attempted to load remote options from a file that does not exist.
I don't see any of the graphics options in the XML file.
