Major Graphical problems

Hi there, I have an NVIDIA Geforce 550 Ti, and i've had several missing textures throughout several maps, most noticeably in mineshaft. I tried clearing out the cache folder but it yielded no results. Im not sure if this is a known bug or just a problem on my end. Any help would be appreciated. Here are some screens from mineshaft.

So i tried validating the steam files as one of the solutions on the link you gave me. This has fixed the issue. Thank you very much for your help.
