Map load error / network crash

While connecting to a game server i have two issues that happen:
1. after the precahing phase i get a black screen with only Build 227 in top left corner
2. or the level loads and i am in the ready room but i cant join the game and get the lag notification

every time i try to play the game my network crashes (after trying to join a server)
i can play any other game without problem
my network is a 10 Mbit ADSL

this issue prevents me from playing the game at all so would be nice to get it fixed soon :)
