Stronger infestation node

<div class="IPBDescription">Stronger infestation node for high traffic areas</div>Any chance there could be implemented a harder to kill but maybe more expensive infestation node.

Since it more expensive and harder to kill, you wouldn be using it everywhere as it would use all the res.


Just seems like important areas, its to easy for marines to kill 1 freaking node and you cannot place anymore. It would be nice to have an option to place a stronger point that cost more maybe 5 res instead of the normal 1, it could be harder to kill or cloaked or something. maybe even just have larger infestation radius.

Or what about letting infestation nodes being place in harder to spot places, instead of right smack on the ground, its not like the marines cannot hit them they are ranged. it could even be a bit more expensive like 2 res for a node that could be placed on walls or roof. instead of right smack on the path where they cannot help but notice it.

Also as a sidenote, the infestation seems to spread very slowly, unless you have the same area for 30min i dont think you are ever gonna see the level of infestation that you guys show us on the loading screens, atleast ive never seen that much. There is always huge gaps, walls are rarely covered, the roof is like never covered atleast that ive seen.

    The Cysts grow over time gaining health. Also, the Khammander can speed up cysts growth and infestation spread using Nutrient Spray.

    As for an upgraded one for a cost, that's be an interesting mechanic. Dunno how it'd play out.
