Squad assignment for marines

Is it possible to auto assign marines to a squad. For example there are 10 players and one is comm the other 9 are auto assigned to 3 squads. Give the ability to select icons on commander screen to give specific commands to each squad. A squad icon by the res counter for each marine to know what squad they are assigned to?
