Resolution Problem

When I started up the game the resolution of the game on my monitor is completely messed up. When I try to put it in full screen mode the game is an inch over to the left; Meaning I have an inch of just black space on the right side of my screen with the game being cut off on the left. When I go into windowed even on my monitors native resolution the game is too wide and cuts off on both sides.

I've messed with all the settings but nothing fixes it.
