Failure to load maps properly see through screen

<div class="IPBDescription">Game is not working!</div>Every time i connect to a server the "precaching only reaches about 880 instead of the full 934 or whatever it is. And then my ingame basically likes its see through. I cannot see anything. I have screen shots but it won't let me upload them. I have tried to verify game cache and reinstall it still nothing. Its not a video card problem, its a problem with loading the map. How does this get fixed.
