Some uwe servers are laggy

Just want to inform all the new player, if your screen are hitching , it's nothing wrong with your client. It's just the tickrate on the actually server which is low.

    should add this for newbies (new people, no hate =p), type r_stats in console to see your FPS. To see if the server is having issues, type net_stats into the console and if the server tick rate is constantly jumping or is always below 30-28 tick rate, then the server is being stressed and it's not ur computer.
