Download dont work

Hey, a friend of mine cant download the game, he did relog aswell as restart steam, some help maybe???


Edit: looks like he buyed the game but it dont show up in his libery, any email adress or something to get that sorted out?

    Try switching the download region (steam, settings, downloads + cloud) to a different country, preferably night time so there is less traffic.

    if you have it in your game list, and it just sits there Yellow as if it were downloading but nothing happening, try changing your steam download server, it will require steam to reload/relogin however) the server you are trying to download from might be overloaded which happens a lot with steam unfortunately
