NS2 Pre-Order Gift Copy

I bought a pre-order copy of NS2 and redeemed my own Beta Access copy. Some time later I received my gift copy and passed it on to a friend who redeemed it for himself. It shows up as "Natural Selection 2 Pre-Order" in his Library list, and now that the game is out he is still not able to download it. Are there any other reports of this problem yet?

I guess it sorted itself out, he said he's able to download it now.
