Update error

I'm having an issue updating the Server via SteamCmd.exe

Steam>app_update 4940 validate
ERROR! Timed out waiting for AppInfo update.

I've check the firewall logs and I do not see any dropped connections by the firewall

is anyone else having this issue?

    "Found a solution. I installed SteamCMD again to another directory. It seems that the other version had foobarred itself. Works like a trains toilet now.

    It looks like renaming the original download location and reinstalling the server via app_update resolved the issue.
