Spectator Upgrade box on Player list.

<div class="IPBDescription">Simple really.</div>I was wondering if it would be at all possible to add the grid square from spectator menu showing all
attained upgrades and more importantly currently in-progress upgrades of your team to the player list.
(Default TAB key)
Thus allowing the player to check status of current upgrades without having to ask the commander.
Hopefully its a pretty simple change to make, I think it would remove a little bit of clutter on mic/text chat.
