I can't think of anyone else on youtube that pulls some good traffic, but here are just some thoughts.
I think UWE should stay away from channels such as PewDiePie, UberHaxorNova (the creatures), Tobuscus, etc. The main reason I say this is because most of these type of channels content consists of the youtuber in question just goofing around in the game, not really showing it off or what the game really is about. They find there own ways to entertain themselves and the audience, which doesn't really do the game justice. For example, recently UberHaxorNova has started uploading GMod 13 vidoes. In them he and Spoon goofs around by doing silly stuff with ragdolls (for the majority of the time). This really doesn't show what can be done in the game. There are unlimited options, but manipulating ragdolls is just the surface.
Yogscast I think is ok, if they are reachable. Mostly on the main channel they try and stick with the game and how it's supposed to be played, providing humour from their personalities rather than doing something silly in the game and yelling "OH WHAT IS THAT?!" Sure they may be bad at some games, but at least they try.
Overall I think UWE should stick with more serious youtube channels, like TotalBiscuit's. I feel that people like Jesse Cox, the guys at yogscast, this guy http://www.youtube.com/user/zXNoRegretzzXz , etc. would be a lot more beneficial to the community (as the new players join in) and for UWE too, since the game won't be shown in a "bad" light.
Disclaimer: Before anyone thinks to start a flame war because of my post, I do not hate or even dislike any of the channels I have mentioned. I am subscribed to a few of them and sometimes find it funny to watch them flail around in a game, but let's face it, NS2 doesn't need that sort of exposure.
EDIT: Just to further illustrate my example, the main yogscast channel have also recently started uploading GMod 13 videos, where they build space craft, and in the later episodes they try there hand at building podracers. This really shows the game off more compared to UberHaxorNova's videos, since they actually use some complicated stuff in the sandbox environment.
Agreed, NS2 does not really need youtubbers like PewDiePie who just fake rage and all sorts of waste time mugging at the camera and usually tend to trash talk and badmouth the game they're "playing" just use it as fuel for exaggerated reactions.
I recommend TheGameStation and most of it's affiliates, TB, JeeseCox. A quick look at GiantBomb.com is a must need. SC2 casters like, Day9, Husky, Artosis might be interested as well.

Yeah, but, Duncan/Rigedog were the ones who mostly knew what they where doing, and Simon/Lewis added the most humor to it :p...
So if you can contact the Yogscast, offer maybe a few keys so more of their crew can join, like Hannah, Duncan, Sips and Sjin.

They play the game in a way that is meant to be played and find humour among themselves are sometimes a bug/glitch or something funny happening in the game, not by yelling in silly voices, fake raging, or whatever. Last week's Fan Friday video where they played Guns of Icarus also illustrates this point, they play the game and have fun with it. Yogscast is a good channel if UWE can get hold of them.
yeah, main point i meant was that if you were able to contact them, just see that if possible, they get enough keys so Duncan, etc could join :) (always fun to see Simon, Lewis, Duncan, Hannah, Sips and Sjin compete togheter against each other in a game.
I would suggest people who are involved with the competitive scene people like Day9, DjWHEAT, totalbiscuit infact TB does a weekly show called the game station would be awsome if you can be on that or even be with him live to answear questions when he does the WTF is NS2, as far as I know some devs did that with him.

Husky has a station where he casts things other than starcraft. He like's FPSs so this would probably be up his alley. http://www.youtube.com/user/husky
