Check your emails from the 'NS2 Store' it was a separate key that you need to add to steam as a DLC. If you can't find it, get your keys resent here <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/retrieve" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/retrieve</a> .
And on the Website www.naturalselection2.com .. i see a button, with a picture : Preorder : Free upgrade to deluxe edition.. but how can i upgrade for free? if i click on it, i see 24,99$ ...
and how to get this DLC, is that a game or an item that i need to activate in steam?
You needed to have purchased it before (or during?) the Alpha, I believe. My records show I bought mine some time in July of 2010. Furthermore, you needed to buy specifically the "Special Edition" for $40; I don't think the Standard Edition that was $20 had it. Could be wrong since it's been a long time, but I think that's what I remember.
In my emails, it shows UWE giving me a license code for each of the NS2SE and the Black Armor DLC; then they went ahead and sent me a Steam key that seems to include both items on the night of the NS2 Steam Alpha launch. (Oh, what memories.)

Only special edition pre-orders got the black armour, and they stopped selling special editions a while back, so you're out of luck I'm afraid. However, all pre-orders do get a free upgrade to the deluxe edition upon release, which also includes a special armour (it's a variation on the default one), the art-book and music.

You will not have black armor, but you will have the deluxe edition armor
