Third person marine animation

<div class="IPBDescription">Needs improvement</div>Anyone notice the third person animation of a marine swinging an axe was a bit poorly done? He swings one way and his arm extends fully in an awkward way and hangs there for a second before repeating the same thing in the other direction. Obviously there is no effect on gameplay but to me it looks ugly and just wasn't given enough time when it was created.

It's not very pretty, however I find certain animations like the skulk's to be really well done on the locomotion side of things.
Other animations that should be redone IMO
reload animation - the marine's arm twists and warps out of shape
marine jump animation - doesnt look like they had to use any muscle power to jump that high. You get the same animation jumping in any direction.

Don't know if its an animation issue...the skulk doesn't transition very well around surfaces.
lerk roosting - is there a transition between flying and roosting?
I've been hunting down skulk issues that drive me nuts and made some vids in 30% ingame speed. @ 1080p 60 fps
If you guys wish to contribute, please start a new thread and start adding and maintaining a list, would be very helpful as we have lots and lots of reported issues and vids for specific animations, but you you never know, you guys could find more!
For animations, Videos are also a necessity, as text just isn't specific enough generally. Also try and use "speed 0.3" or some other number than 1 in the console to slow the game down to slow mo so you can capture exactly whats going on.
Oh and, thirdperson cheat produces false positives, dont use it as an example, always use another player to demonstrate.
