Combat mode, combat mode...always HELP!

I am getting a bit mad now.
Evertime i join any game, i have the combat HUD and all the stuff.
I already deleted my workshop files at %appdata%/Natural Selection 2
but its always the same, why?
Why i have always the hud of combat and i can't use armory or anything else.
No matter if aliens or marines, i can't do nothing, buying, morphing, nothing!

Forget:
I was playing on a combat server 2-4 times last days.
But like i said, i deleted all Workshop files and restart steam and game.

GISP

You allso have to unsub from it in the workshop, deleting the mod isnt enough :S

The only mod i sub. was classic but it shows me combat mode.
Server admins said, it could be a workshop problem.
And yes, the console always said it download combat mode, but other players don't have a problem.

Oh dear, did you try disabling it in the 'mods' menu? That removes the combat main menu for me.
Unfortunately I can't test anything else thanks to the 'stuck at downloading mods' issue which is affecting me and a few other people...

Also - the newest version of Combat (which we'll aim to release this week) should allow support for combat clients connecting to non-combat servers and for servers to run Combat at lower player counts and automagically switch to regular NS2 once they have enough players on the server for a decent game, so I hope we'll see this problem go away for good soon.

But it is maybe a server problem, you seem right with your connection thing.
I am right now on the thirsty onos bar and still have the bug.

Wild guess: Can you try deleting your shader cache in %APPDATA%\Natural Selection 2\? (although I don't think this is shader related...)
