Bombards need to only target things they can actually hit -_-

Mmkay, so I played a game which involved bombards earlier tonight. I know... bombards læwlz, I must be trollin' amirite. Well, maybe. I like experimentation :-) .

So, cost/benefit LOLZ of bombards aside, here's some feedback on the unintentional stupidity of the bombard AI.

First thing: bombards should NOT be attacking things that they can't hit. Since bombards are a "bile bomb-type" launching thingie, they should not try to hit marines which are within range, but hiding behind walls. The bombard in question was meticulously and repeatedly trying to take down a jetpacker who was flying behind the walls of subsector on veil. LOLRage ensued as the bombard was determined that the wall to the said marine could melt away.

Second thing: in a mix of targets, bombards should probably automatically prioritize exos/arcs/macs, and maybe even feature "smart" predictive targeting - but not exploitable such as moving right next to a corner and having the bombard repeatedly hit the wall. So, the bombard AI should use predictive targeting, but hit as close to a corner as possible, i.e. they should probably be "smarter" than they are right now. When you invest 30 T.res in a structure, you kinda have some expectations about its performance, if you know what I mean.

That's all :-) .
