video of mod menu behaving weird

So i'm having trouble connecting to some servers and get a message saying i don't have a required mod. This is what my MOD menu looks like. Excuse the quality.

    You're subscribed to too many mods!

    You do not need to be subscribed to mods to join servers running the mod. You can join a custom map server without having the mod installed, thats the nice thing about this system.


    Only subscribe to clietn side mods like crosshairs and alien vision.

    the mass subscription follows the server required mod error. i'll see if reducing it helps.

    okay so i deleted NS2 and the NS2 folder in /user/%appdata%. Re-installed and the problem is still there. Here is a screenshot of console and MOD menu. Anyone know what's wrong ? I have windows firewall off, windows defender off, and my anti-virus disabled. Don't have problems in any other games.

    FIXED- Apparantly NS2.EXE was not running in administrator mode. I located NS2.exe and ran it as admin. Everything downloads as it should now. :)
