lower fps in 220 and 221? post here, let's help UWE

Let's try to help UWE figure out why a minority are getting lower fps in 220 and 221. I'm not sure what info would help so I would suggest post your hardware and OS:

OS
CPU(post OC numbers if overclocked)
motherboard
memory
graphics card
audio card

I'll start.

Windows Vista 64 bit 100% updated
Phenom 2 x4 965be 3.6ghz stock
M4N72-E (nforce 740a sli chipset)
OCZ ddr2 1066 5-6-6-18
Geforce GTX 480
Asus Xonar ST

    My fps seems more erratic and less stable in the last few builds. It started with build 217, which ran beautifully smooth for me. For whatever reason though, every build after that has gotten worse with regards to framerate.
