This is something i dont understand. Having the hitboxes so detailed and with all the flinching etc. animations, it just makes hitreg feel worse than it might actually be for no reason.
Kinda difficult to make the female model the same size as the male model (for balances sake), whilst still retaining clear femininity and without being ridiculous (massive chest etc)
I am reminded of the Oddjob/jaws paradox in goldeneye 007. If you picked jaws no matter how good you were you always lost he was just a huge target and easy to hit. Where as oddjob was a small target and much harder to hit it was like cheating just playing him.
Now with that said, the other characters in goldeneye like the females and males had no real discernable difference in hitreg. As long as the females are not like 4 foot 9, 90lb anerexia girls I don't think there will be any issue at all. The difference between a man/woman of the same size is negligible when it comes to fps's. If you make them ridiculously small however then you have a problem, that is where most of the skulks survivability comes from tiny hitbox's.
