to put it short i preordered the game on steam,thinking that i would get access to the beta but alas i got screwed,and since patience is not of my strongest virtues,im willing to trade to get a beta key

Beta keys are untradeable, they are logged onto your steam account as soon as you enter them. Of course if someone bought a Beta key and never bothered using it, they would be able to trade it, but hey, who buys a key for a new game then doesn't do anything with it?

You though wrong about something so that means you got screwed?
