Game performance: strange behavior (220)

Hi guys,
I've just tested the latest beta build (220) when I noticed a strange behavior concerning the game performance.
Since today I have constantly 60 FPS (maximum possible with my settings) either if I am in ready room or while playing when no hud is visible (happens when I am dead)!
But once the hud appears, my FPS immediately drop down to 30-40!
I hope this helps the dev team in finding the issue.

As TrC mentioned it is known. Basically what happens is, in the readyroom/spectator freelook, you're not running any of the NS2 game code on your client. As soon as you step into the shoes/claws of the marines/aliens, it will start running that code. This is especially visible with lower specced PC's on the Skulk, that is running the wallwalking code along with everything else.
