More lifeforms?

<div class="IPBDescription">Heard from live q/a</div>Someone asked if there would be more life forms and weapons in the live q/a. I have seen discussions about more weapons for marines, but not more life forms. Is there any other info out there on this.

They said post 1.0 they might think about it in the first dev Q&A. Doesn't seem likely nor can I think of any other role they'd have to introduce. Plus it kind of waters down the gameplay. As far as weapons go, I can't think of much more they could add either. Obviously the Exo is gonna get some new swag but I'd like to see just how common that is going to be.

It would definitely have to be a while after post 1.0.... They still need to fix the lifeforms they have now. :(

They did say post 1.0. Should of had that in OP.

I agree with oprah. I don't know what life forms they can introduce.

I think Charlie was mentioning something about a new alien tree that could be possible after 1.0. Maybe even making Focus return. Although new classes would be fairly difficult to figure out, new structures and abilities shouldn't be as hard. What I'd like to see in the future is a larger variety of structures for the commander to build.
