Took me a while to figure out how to get a mod up and running.
I think when you create a new mod in the Launch Pad it should copy all the lua files into the output directory and create a new decoda project with those files.
When you publish the mod you then do a checksum on each file with the vanilla lua files and remove any that wasn't changed.
Also launching NS2 from the Launch Pad doesn't launch it with the mod.
