Preordered 11.6.2012 but didn't receive the extras

Hey guys. I've preordered the game back at 11th june 2012 and already registered my key and played for some time. I've heard by chance of the specials you should get when preordering before steam launch but i didn't receive an e-mail, neither the items like the extra key on steam items page.

I've ordered through humble bundle back then but now even on the code resend page my e-mail seems not to be registered.

I tried to send a mail to store@unknownworlds.com but just got a message back that sales support moved to humble bundle. I don't think they can give me the right support in this case, nor? The e-mail the key was bought and registered with is the same registered here in the forums.

What to do now? Where to ask for support if not here? Need help guys :(

ahh ok. just had read several replies in the news about the items already being in the items section on steam aswell as the news itself that keys have already be given out. maybe misunderstood the lines then ^^
