Can't submit crash reports

When NS2 crashes, I know it comes up with a crash summary which one must click 'submit' to send back to Unknown Worlds so they can improve their Great Game. This is good in theory but 80% of the time when NS2 falls over, I get a black screen, and alt-tab out to the desktop. Hovering my mouse over the NS2 icon on the taksbar (windows 7) shows the black screen of DOOM and the crash report waiting patiently for me to click Submit.
However. Clicking on the crash report window just brings the black screen of DOOM to the foreground, making the whole exercise pointless and forcing me to just End Task the NS2 process. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug with the crash summary?
