    This question has been asked roughly every 10 minutes since the Steam release. Yes, they are working on it. No, they are not trying to screw you over. No, the stuff has not arrived yet for anyone.

    They are sorting out all this stuff for 45,000 pre-orders, give them a chance.

    If you don't have it by the game's release, then worry about it.

    The game isn't even out yet and people are moaning because they haven't got their freebies yet :P I am sure they come with the released version of NS2....
