from pre-order to full game?

<div class="IPBDescription">From beta to full game automatically?</div>I pre-ordered NS 2....about 2 years ago according to my paypal receipt. So I have the Beta activated on my steam account via the key emailed from the beta team. Since the beta shows that we pre-ordered the game before it was available on steam, will we be given access to the full deluxe edition and the gift as promised for those who pre-ordered? If so, when and how? Thanks.
