Question about spectator mode

in NS2 General Discussion
Whenever I am using the spectate system in ns2 I usually watch top down, and then want to free cam in that room when the action starts. When I hit space, it cycles to the next player, and I have to hit space again to go freecam. I see in NS2HD vids hugh hops between top down and free cam, is there a reverse cycle button? Or is he holding down space for 2sec?

    You can use 1-4 as hotkeys to switch between the modes.
