some question about pre-order before today's presents

I got my pre-order ns2 via hib store last month and attached it on my steam account, but after knowing ns2 beta need a powerful pc, i have a 3years old computer...so I did't intall the game till now

today happy to know ns 2 is released on steam store , and find the today's announce , but i confused
some question here ?

I have preorder on my steam account before today, but haven't install it and run it
can i still got the presents listed below ?

    Just another small thing I didn't think was worth creating it's own thread for, but I can't see Natural Selection 2 on steam. I have had beta access since.. 2010, I think, can't remember, anyway went to look up the release date and nothing shows except the original Natural Selection. Still have the beta client in my games list. I'm not sure if it's not showing up because I have the beta client or if it's some region thing (I'm in australia) but I thought it was worth mentioning. Restarted steam several times and it hasn't shown up.

    That's because the retail client is not available yet. It's a preorder - your account is just fine.
