New Commanding UI

im not sure if this is the correct place to put this post but im sure you'll move it if its not :).
The new patch is great, love the exo suit, but the commanding UI needs to go back to how it was.
Its very difficult to see who needs health, it takes far to long where as before you could see it in a blink and drop a medpack for them
Also, the UI for commanding now looks very washed out, its not a great look imo.
But the worst part, the part that is stopping me commanding until this is fixed, is the ear rape.
All i hear literally every 1.5 seconds in "Solider needs ammo/health" because for some unknown reason i cannot fathom you decided to make it automatically spam that in the commanders ear the second a marine loses 1 health, or fire 1 magazine, even if they are fighting next to an armory.
Honestly after 10 minutes i had to stop commanding and ask someone else to take my place, it was literally driving me nuts.
Now to me a feature like that is too ridiculous to be included which is why i asked the server if it was a server mod, they said it wasnt, it was the patch which is the reason for this post. If it does in fact turn out that you didn't put this in the patch as a feature you can disregard this complaint.

It is impossible to tell who NEEDS it and who doesn't.
When I know I am a goner I don't call for meds because it would be a waste of res, I only call them when I need them. Now the ###### is spammed nonstop and the comm cant figure out who needs them and who doesn't.
Also, removing the HP circles on your friendly Marines makes it hard to know who to medpack.
not for marine commander when he was in stres in the middle of combat.

Side note 1: I dislike the idea of Q being for medpack, I'd rather have taunt on it(with it's animation!)
Side note 2: Don't like new voices at all. The old ones are just close to perfect
