Cant do anything from the menu as far as playing.plz help

Just purchased the game yesterday, and i am unable to play it. i am able to go the menu, change settings, but i can not find any servers to play on. quick join just searched for ever. when i go to create a server it starts to load, but loads forever an does not do anything, just loads with blue ring on bottom right. i cant even get that far with anything else. no servers show up. my firewall isn't blocking it. i disabled the steam in game menu thingie. i cant find anything else online that helps solve this. i know its beta, but i sure would like to play since other people can. any ideas? other games on steam play online fine.thx

sometimes it takes a while to get the servers show up. (less than a min though) just be patient. I've never used quick join btw:)

i have let it sit on server list for more than 5 mins and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

I think there's currently a quirk in the latest update that loads the maps twice when you start your own server, but can't remember for sure - so it does take ages to start your own...

It might be worth verifying the game files within Steam, as it was around the time you bought it that the last update was released - just in case it's crossed over somehow and now updated :-}
