Hehehh .. just imagine a marine standing still in a corridor, aiming to an offense chamber, and firing it from the distance with a welder <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Your everyday nifty portable ReadyWelder.

Now, $64.000 question of the day. Which one looks like a Welder and which one looks like a Gun?
The NS welder looks like some kind of nade launcher if you ask me. Perhaps real world Army engineers use this kind of Battle Welder - I wouldn't know. but why would they?
But, clearly, with his sound and firing animation, how can one think that it deals damage on the distance? There are no wall puffs, no energy rays that go out the tool ... Only a stupid welding sound ... and then ... why have they called it welder?? <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

marines + flamethrowers
RAWR!

that would be awesome
cost 50 res points, make the same kind of splash damage as a stronger bile bomb, excellent counter
