Mouse acts strange at low sensitivity

Hey there!
I have a pretty big problem with the mouse sensitivity. I'm playing
with 3500dpi at 0.25. This normally makes me do a 180 spin with
a swipe over the whole mouse pad, which it indeed does. It works just fine
in the waiting room. In game it works as long as i move the mouse slowly.
If i try to do a fast turn, the mouse is slowed down. Like acceleration in the
wrong direction. This way i can't almost turn fast at all beacause i need like 4-5
swipes. In the waiting room this is not the case. Makes the game unplayable on
low sensitivity. Acceleration in windows and in game is off.
Thank you
EDT: The effect also seems to occure in the waiting room. But not as strong as ingame.

getting such mouse lags at 100 (ready room) to 60 (in game) fps.
My first guess would be that the frequency the game engine is polling
the mouse isn't high enough.
Thank you.
I hope this way everything works fine.
Rounds with mouse fine. Then i had a massiv fps
drop from 60 to 10. I can't play anymore now, always only
20-10 fps. No overheating.
Never had this issue before but i don't know if it's connected
with the mouse settings. I guess not but it never happened
and i already played a bit with other mouse settings. Don't
know what could have caused this. Oo
EDT: After restarting the computer it's fine again. I don't know where it came from.
Maybe someone knows about this issue? Don't want to restart after
every few rounds.
That kinda explains what negative accel is, but the basic idea is, negative accel is tied to the DPI on the mouse, in-game resolution, FPS, and your windows sensitivity. The higher DPI on the mouse, the higher your FPS needs to be to be able to increase the maximum speed you can move your mouse and not experience negative accel at low sensitivities. Low sensitivity players have to move their mouse the fastest, so it's really easy to notice the problem. High windows sensitivity players have the same issue, but since they don't have to move the mouse as fast to move equal camera distance as low sensitivity players, it's harder to notice. I got used to low sensitivities in CS and I'm never changing back! I just set my mouse to 400 DPI so i don't have to worry about what my frame rate is. You can also increase your resolution to increase the maximum speed you can move your mouse, but this might also hurt your frame rates and then you're stuck with the same problem.
