Proposal: Alien Energy Fix

In 215, Aliens had too much energy (IMO, it was fine; flamethrower countered).
In 216, Aliens have received huge energy nerfs.
With the inclusion of the buff to the Marine Flamethrower, it increased the energy deficit even further.
In order to rely on player skill and fix future energy problems, I propose we introduce Energy on Hit (EoH).
This mechanic will reward players who are skilled enough to connect with structures or Marines with additional energy.
This value can be changed at your discretion, but I propose that structures return enough energy to just barely sustain melee attacks.
Melee on Marines should return possibly 120% of the energy used to bite/swipe a Marine.
A missed melee will NOT return energy.
This will help control energy gains and reward more tactical gameplay.
I would love to elaborate and discuss other aspects of the game with a dev if possible. Thanks for reading.

Also have this replace Adrenaline - would make it be skill based rather than a flat increase.
And finally, include a Healspray hitting a structure or player as counting as "connecting." Essentially it would always work for a Gorge - which I don't like - but at least it would be a step in the right direction for Skulks/Lerks/Fades/Oni.
Well, that is the general idea: To reward good play. Players who don't connect do not lose energy faster than they currently do.
It's just an added system to normalize gameplay so the devs do not feel like they need to nerf/buff things to cater to all skill levels.
