Why Are You Censoring?
i made a complaint about a couple IRC ops here <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=1&t=9702&hl=' target='_blank'>http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/in...&f=1&t=9702&hl=</a>
and my post was deleted, and i was accused of having the facts wrong.
first of all, i don't think you have a reason to delete posts. i'm a mature person asking a reasonable question
second of all, i *did* have my "facts straight," at least as they were presented to me at the time.
if you want to create an adversarial relationship between the IRC ops (and now a forum moderator) and the players you are trying to serve, banning people from the channel and deleting their posts is a good start.
[edit] i don't expect a response - and if you are reconsidering your IRC rules (as i have heard) that's good enough for me. i just don't think deleting people's posts is a mature way to use your power here. sorry for causing a problem.

Now, whatever it said, if you've got a beef with a moderator or #ns op, you take it up with them, and you don't clutter the forums with it. That said, feel free to talk to me if you think something was unjust. ALOT of people have been going through these areas, and it's very hard for us to keep up.
Uh, dude, they OWN THE BOARDS. They can do whatever they want. If they feel you are being defamatory towards the mods or anyone, I can see that as being sufficient to nuke your post.
Gonna show AOL my O face
OOOOOOOOOOOOH! OOOOOOOOOOOOOH!
You just bumped a 2 week old thread with a meaningless post.
<span style='color:green'>Then why do you evade the swearword filter? </span>
If you think you've been treated wrong by one of us, send us a PM or E-Mail, and please make sure you reach the right Op / Mod.
We delete threads about those topics for a simple reason: These things shouldn't have to be made official, as we've sometimes got to be pretty direct about you in our responses, which we don't want to in front of the public.
Though I would agree it's posibly better to leave forums as they are, most of the new users that came upon mod release will have gone forever soon.
Sorry to say so, but if you want to flame each other, get your own board and don't spoil Flayras bandwith.
(this message is meant in jest, all those who don't understand must close IE now before they read it oh too late)
