Alter of the evo system

As of B216, as everyone know, the evos are limited to 1 evo per hive per hive type. In effect, you can only have 1 evo per tree. I am not entirely sure this is the best way to go. I think diversity and multiple strategies are the best, and regardless of future tweaks where regen/cara may be evened out a bit, I think we will see a meta-game which surrounds a specific set of evos.

So what if we do not exclude one evo, just because another has been taken? Instead of limiting it to one evo per tree, I think we instead should make it one evo per hive within that tree. For example.

Current System:
Hive 1: Crag hive - Carapace
Hive 2: Shift Hive - Adrenaline
Hive 3: Shade Hive - Silence

Give or take, any marine team facing 3 hives are into poop to their shoulders, but that aside from here and on, an extra hive gives nothing but security. That's not the main point though.

I propose a setup following this:
Hive 1: Crag Hive: Carapace
Hive 2: Crag Hive: Regen
Hive 3: Shfit Hive: adrenaline

I think this opens up to a more diverse set of attack plans in the entire pool. With as many different ways to combine your tech, the possibilities of comming up with new and fantastic ways to best your opponent is greater. And I think we can all agree that ingenuity is one of the most fun aspects of e-sport of any type. It's awesome when a team come up with a use of a mechanic, that hasn't been thought of.

I also think this way still keeps the face-rape to a minimum, because it is impossible to suit all life forms. If you take my example above, you would on the first two hives end up with a fade without adrenaline. So there is trade offs, no matter which direction you take. It is just not as 'set in stone' as the current system is.

It goes without saying that the evos and the accumulated benefits they have, needs to be balanced. It is merely a question with regards to the way the system works.
