Bug on tram

<div class="IPBDescription">Black box appeaering over server hive</div>Hi there, had the following bug last night when the patch came out.
Was playing on tram, trying to look at server hive.
If i centre the screen on the hive, this doesnt happen, but if i then scroll the screen to the right, so that the centre of the screen is over the black that is outside the map, and then i repeatedly hover the mouse onto the hive, and off of the hive, a black box appears for an instant over the hive, as i hover the mouse on and off the hive, it flickers on and off.
