whats best to kill first? res node or power node?

in Kharaa Strategy
some people say to go for the power and others say to go for the res. my thoughts are to go for the res because it takes almost as long to kill while setting their team back 10 res making upgrades come that much later. killing the power makes someone repair it costing a few seconds repair time and forcing the purchase of a welder by one of the marines.

    Res node ofc (in a room with just resnode and powernode). The missing extractor will also not generate res as long as its down.
