I thought about helping to translate NS2 into Japanese after I coudn't find a topic in the forum and the translation process bar was at 0%. There are some things translated and I was wondering what the progress of the translation is. Who is working on the translation and is there an Admin yet?

I made this topic so we can coordinate the translation and discuss the approach.
