ns2_goliath error?

so it seems that not long ago, whenever i try to get on to join a server, my game freezes after about 3 seconds from start up. i have found the issue to lie within ns2_goliath. i have tried deleting all the goliath files in the roaming/natural selection 2 folder. still get the same issue. video of what happens.

any suggestions for a resolution to this issue, folks?
