Game Froze when I bought a Jetpack

This has never happened before. . .
I noticed earlier in the round that the game froze up for a short time and when I came out of it a skulk had eaten me
Didn't happen anymore and the round continued. . .
I bought weapons just fine and we were about go after the 3rd and final hive when I bought a Jetpack and the game froze permanently this time
