Power=On => Creep Growth & Alien Node= Off

<div class="IPBDescription">Alien Off Creep = No regen / Cara armor decay</div>Right now the power mechanic is only a negative for marines it turns off buildings and lights, lets give aliens more disadvantages if the power is on.
<ol type='1'>-If the power is on stop creep growth or placement in that zone:
</li><li> Removes the annoying growth into areas marines clearly control</li><li> Consider disabling the alien harvester resource gathering. </li><li> Even more in the favor of the marines, do NOT notify the alien Komm by an audio cue or notification marker that this has happened, have the Komm rely on scouting or checking the map.</li></ol>
<ol type='1'>-When the aliens are off the creep:
</li><li> Disable regen</li><li> Have the extra armor from carapace decay at a moderate pace.</li><li> Disable or reduce the effectiveness of other abilities that are currently considered too strong</li></ol>

cbb writing a long list o why those ideas won't work, but i can say this: they wont work out good.
Only power issue is the the khamm cant disable a power node that has not been built.
So the alien first hive is always brightly lit up like a xmas tree.
Perhaps creep will destroy an unsocketed power socket after 2-3 min.
I've won a few games by echoing loads of whips into a base while the marines were distracted, and in very small games alien commanders will start spreading infestation uncontrollably and building whips on marine structures. This change would fix this.
Would need to balanced well though, otherwise will have jetpack marines running around powering everything to see alien structures plunged into chaos.
