Purchase armor refill from Armory (B215)

I like the idea of not letting the armory refill the Marines armor but the way it is now with the welders is to strong a handicap for the marines. What if that was changed so that marines could buy armor (a new default ability from the armory) and it would let marines use their P.RES to refill their spent armor? It would have to cost a small amount and potentially cost more based on the armor level of the team...
Maybe something like this:
Armor 0: 2.5 P.RES to refill up to 30 armor
Armor 1: 5.0 P.RES to refill up to 50 armor
Armor 2: 7.5 P.RES "..." 70 armor
Armor 3: 10 P.RES "..." 90 armor
This would accomplish a few things, 1 giving marines a much better chance early game to restock instead of just dying to refill armor and 2 it allows another P.RES drain for marines early in the match when they don't have much to spend it on (depending on comm strats... ie. mines, welders, shotguns) and later in the game as things get more expensive (gl's,flames,jp's) it becomes a much bigger hit on the marine to refill the armor when it costs as much as a JP.
Any thoughts/comments?

Personally I agree with the idea - I would even go so far as you would need to "buy" your armor upgrades or repair from an arms lab. Fits with the idea that marines obtain their gear buy using structures.
