<div class="IPBDescription">I think it needs some forums</div>First of all I'd like to say I like that the system is up and working, also like that it is getting some improvements(like the ability to remove own translations).
As to the point of the thread, are there any specific forums for the translators? Would be nice to have those and/or maybe chat room that would also show the number of translators for the language? So we can solve some issues with translation since there are some confusing things with Russian language, not always one can find a good word =)
I'd also like to suggest some more patterns to abide, like if an item has two words in the name like Jet Pack or Infantry Portal it shall have both of it's first symbols be Upper Case, or there is a thing with upgrade structures, I'd like the pattern be like StructureName of UpgradeName(Veil of Silence and Spur of Adrenaline, not Veil of Silence and Adrenaline Spur). I think otherwise the translation looks cheap, especally spiced with Alien names written in Russian with transliterate(poor "Gorg"). And there are more things to solve.
Some off-topic, but shouldn't this:
TOO_MANY_ENTITES ("Too many entities in area.")
look like that:
TOO_MANY_ENTITES ("Too many entities in the area.")
not sure if the limit is still used or it's obsolete, but just in case it's back.
Anyway, don't want to seem so displeased, I like the idea and I'd like to keep helping out on my spare time, best wishes =)

Another thing, I would appreciate an ability to change your vote(good to bad ad bad to good, with a notification to avoid accidental change) and ability to leave a comment to a translation right at the site, however I could just leave the comment as a translation, not sure if it's worth to be implemented.

The second one, I think we could maybe, have the translations have a link to the corresponding forum thread in the translation forum? The discussions should be happening there, I think.
And yea, maybe just a notification marking that a particular translation is being discussed in the thread and clicking the mark would link to the post or just have the link to the thread somewhere in the top.
