Updated for 252. It should look almost exactly the same, and will now just be always on. Activating dark vision (flashlight) does nothing at the moment; I'll add something else later.

Do us server admins need to whitelist anything for it to work now?

DarkVision.hlsl has to be allowed.

Can you add the old functionality back, so that when it's off there is no highlighting at all.
